About Erroll Jackson Jr.

I am photographer Erroll Jackson Jr., and The Clyphe is my foray into the photography world. I started shooting in 2014 during a stay in Ethiopia where I bought my first camera...a Nikon D5300. I am self-taught, and really figured the best way to learn was to travel, point, and shoot as much as possible. I specialize mostly in travel, street, and nature photography. I enjoy finding different ways to capture subjects and artfully tell a story. Editing is a part of that process. Some of my photos are unedited, while others are slightly edited to highlight aspects of the story being told.

The Clyphe (pronounced "Cliff") is a play on  "Wardenclyffe," an unrealized project by inventor Nikola Tesla. The Clyphe is my never ending project aimed to capture and stamp time through my lenses the only way I know how...trust my eye.
